The Court of Protection (now also known as the Public Guardianship
Office) is a special section of the Supreme Court whose function
is to manage and protect the assets of people who are no longer
capable of looking after their own affairs.
We are highly experienced at Thatcher & Hallam in dealing with
the Court of Protection, giving you the full reassurance that the
interests of your loved ones are fully served and protected.
