Ken Saunders appointed Partner
01 February 2010
KEN SAUNDERS APPOINTED PARTNER Ken Saunders has been appointed a partner at Thatcher & Hallam. As Head of the Wills, Trusts and Estates team at Thatcher & Hallam, Ken Saunders is already well known to many of our clients, having worked with us for nearly 40 years. “We are absolutely delighted to have been able to appoint Ken as a partner,” says Managing Partner Grahame Macaulay. “For many years Ken has been a key and integral part of our management team yet it wasn’t until recent changes in the law were introduced that we could finally make him a partner.” Ken Saunders is equally delighted at the appointment. “I have spent most of my working life here at Thatcher & Hallam, so this is a real honour,” says Ken, who is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners. “I look forward to continuing to make a real and positive difference to the lives of individuals and families in the Midsomer Norton and surrounding area.” Ken’s commitment to the community is already recognised by many through his role, along with Ted Hallam, as a Trustee of the Ralph and Irma Sperring Trust which provides grants for local good causes. Ken lives locally and when not spending time with his wife Chris and his grandchildren, he can be seen at Wells Golf Club where he still aspires to reducing his handicap to a single figure.
