Hayley Veale

Family/Civil Litigation Department

The skills and attributes possessed by Hayley Veale a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives make her an ideal choice of lawyer at a time of family crisis. Her depth of knowledge in family law matters is extensive, but she also knows that at such times, clients need far more than just legal help.  Hayley combines her accomplished legal abilities with comfort and understanding to clients who invariably find themselves in fragile and vulnerable circumstances.

“The law is there to protect both adults and children from abuse.” says Hayley. “We can act immediately to preserve the safety of both the client and any children involved.” These sentiments explain Hayley’s particular skill in matters involving emergency applications to the court either on matters of domestic violence or applications under the Children Act. It is unsurprising that Hayley has been described by professional colleagues as ‘tenacious’ in protecting the interests of clients who are often in physical fear and mental anguish.

Hayley is also a member of the civil litigation team. She undertakes a broad range of litigation work specialising in debt recovery.   In this current economic climate, effective management and recovery of debt is paramount and Hayley’s use of on-line technology has proved invaluable to her clients.

Hayley also undertakes contract disputes and property possession claims.  Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, Hayley can advise you on all aspects of pursuing or defending possession proceedings.

Hayley, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, has lived locally all her life and is a governor at one of the area’s secondary schools.
