Before joining Thatcher & Hallam in 1996 Sharon had gained considerable experience of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing during a ten year period within the environment of a Solicitors’ practice.
This knowledge coupled with her expertise in Information Technology has enabled her to introduce and develop a Case Management system which provides our Clients with an efficient and modern approach to property sales and purchases.
Ensuring the IT and Communication systems are secure, robust and compliant with all relevant legislation Sharon, through a programme of staff training, has introduced disciplines and procedures within the practice which are continually supported and updated.
Combined with her role as IT Manager Sharon also provides support to the Accounts Team, the Practice Manager and assists our Managing Partner with money laundering issues to include the setting up of procedures and staff training.
