Stuart joined the Commercial Property Team at Thatcher & Hallam LLP in January 2011.
Prior to his move south, Stuart gained over 6 years experience in Commercial Property working for a large growing National House Builder, covering Land Acquisitions, Estate Infrastructure and Plot sale work.
Stuart also holds over 13 years experience in Residential Conveyancing dealing largely with re-Mortgage work on behalf of a National Building Society.
Stuart has embraced the modern technology and has developed his IT skills to work electronically within the Residential and Commercial Property market thereby reducing timescales and making transactions not only more cost efficient to the client but also beneficial to the environment.
