Tim Westlake, a partner in the firm, has worked extensively and exclusively as a property lawyer since qualifying at a prominent Bristol law practice nearly 28 years ago.
Tim heads Thatcher & Hallam’s Commercial and Agricultural Law departments. The experience that Tim brings with him is substantial. Not only does he possess the required legal capability and skill, but Tim can also make available to his clients considerable local knowledge and contacts that he has acquired over the years.
“In order to provide a service of excellence, just doing the legal work is never going to be enough,” says Tim. “We are dynamic, proactive and push to progress a matter rather than wait for the phone to ring.”
As well as serving the business and agricultural sectors, Tim works extensively on property development work. In addition, Tim is acknowledged as a recognised force in the field of Licensing law.
Tim has just been appointed a trustee of the Radstock Museum.
